Hi, I’m Jason Winningham—and I believe that everyone has value worth sharing. I'm the founder of Professional Quotient (PQ), a leadership and equity framework that helps people transform lived experience into meaningful impact.
Before this work had a name, I was navigating a career filled with both challenge and possibility—learning how to connect across differences, lead with empathy, and build environments where others could thrive. Over time, I realized that what I was really doing was growing something deeper: Professional Equity.
Today, I collaborate with organizations to bring their inclusion efforts to life—connecting people, programs, and purpose with intentionality. I help leaders and teams activate inclusion and equity in ways that feel human, strategic, and sustainable.
